Palm Springs Police Department is responding to a call that came in around 11:35am regarding an injured male hiker.
Crews are currently hiking up Tahquitz Canyon Trail to rescue the injured hiker, while Palm Springs Fire Department and the California Highway Patrol Helicopter assist.
A tribal ranger is currently with the injured hiker.
