Mild Quake Strikes Riverside County

A magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck parts of Riverside County Sunday morning.

The quake struck about 9:12 a.m. at a depth of about 10 miles, its epicenter about six miles southeast of Hemet, according to a computer-generated report from the U.S. Geological Survey.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries due to the quake.
