I’ve always thought Josh Duhamel would make a perfect superhero.  His chiseled looks are quite immortal-looking.  And now, he is in the new Netflix superhero drama “Jupiter’s Legacy” based on the comic book series by Mark Millar and Frank Quitely.

From show creator Steven S. DeKnight (“Pacific Rim: Uprising,” “Spartacus,” “Daredevil,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Angel”), Duhamel stars as Sheldon Sampson aka The Utopian, the leader of the Union.  His wife and partner in fighting crime is Grace Sampson aka Lady Liberty played by Leslie Bibb.  She’s a tough mom but an even tougher superhero.  I sat down with the actors to talk about the film, and how superheroes connect to the American ideal of equality, opportunity, the American dream.

I had a great time talking to the cast and you will have a great time watching Netflix’s “Jupiter Legacy” starting May 7th.  To see my complete “Jupiter’s Legacy” interviews, click here.
