  • Palm Springs City Attorney Resigning

    Palm Springs City Attorney Edward Z. Kotkin has notified the City Council that he is resigning effective Feb. 28 because he is getting married and will be moving out of the area, the city announced Wednesday. Kotkin will assist city officials with a transition plan, according to Amy Blaisdell, the city’s communications director.
