Damaging high winds are expected in parts of Riverside County Thursday, creating difficult driving conditions and the possibility of downed trees and power lines.
Intense Santa Ana winds are expected to strike again Wednesday evening and Thursday, with gusts in excess of 60 mph possible in some Inland Empire locations, according to forecasters.
