Kristen Olsen has been practicing yoga since 1976 and had to close her Urban Yoga Studio located at the Desert Aids Project. She knew she had to do something to continue her classes, this is her NBCares Silver Lining.

If there’s one thing the caring community of our Desert Aids Project knows a thing or two about, it’s of course wellness. Since 1984 that has been their mission, and now they’ve added another healing opportunity for our valley to get involved in to de-stress, and share time together.
