California has the 7th highest, per person, credit card debt in the country. Not only that, it's up 5.5% over last year. Why are Californians going into credit card debt at such a high rate. You head to a fancy restaurant, but they say, "No entry, if you're wearing that!" So you and your friend switch tops, and the restaurant lets you in.
