Big Horn Sheep Cause Traffic Jam in La Quinta

If you found yourself stuck in traffic in La Quinta on Thursday afternoon, then this could be why.

A herd of big horn sheep had to be escorted back to the mountain by Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputies.

No sheep were harmed and traffic returned to normal soon after.
