Westbound traffic was backed up Friday evening after a man is arrested following a possible pursuit crash.
A dark colored truck, possibly black or grey, was seen crashed into the guardrail near the Washington exit, a CHP officer was see harnessing a gun.
It’s unclear what happened at this time.
