#Hilary‘s winds have weakened to 100 mph while still retaining its Cat-2 status. Further weakening is expected through as this system enters San Diego County Sunday afternoon.
The Coachella Valley will see heavy rain all day Sunday. With steady rain and mountain runoff, flooding is expected.
