Court Issues Temporary Restraining Order Against Union Leader

It was issued against United Food and Commerical Workers Union President Joe Duffle.

Joel Kinnamon alleges Duffle attacked him over the weekend at an event in Palm Desert and says he fears Duffle would carry out his repeated threats.

The temporary restraining order will be effective until February 22nd.
