Desert Hot Springs Experiences Flooding & Power Outages

For local cities, most of the rain is concentrated toward the west end including Desert Hot Springs. Parts of the city are still recovering from Tropical Storm Hilary, leaving it vulnerable to recent rain. Not only are certain roads flooded, but the city also experienced power outages in some areas.
