California Starts Happiness Committee

California is hoping to legislate more happiness into the state. The newly formed commitee on Happiness and Public Policy Outcomes held their first meeting this week in order to figure out how they can make residents happier. Panelists at the hearing tossed around policies ranging from universal healthcare to more green spaces in towns.
