An NBC Palm Springs Weather Heads-Up! A Wind Advisory and an Air Quality Alert have been posted for the Coachella Valley Area through this evening. Westerly winds are expected to be strongest during the late-afternoon/evening hours. With elevated dust, air quality will be low. Although not as strong, on-shore winds will still become occasionally gusty on Saturday.
