Big Rig Spill Out On Interstate 10

The California Highway Patrol said 10 gallons of diesel gasoline and sand spilled.

The south Cook Street on-ramp was closed for some time, blocking two lanes, and a road sign, but was cleared by around 11:30 this morning.

Traffic congestion extended back to Washington Street.

No injuries were reported.
