The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine with just a few fair-weather clouds this afternoon and below-normal numbers in the upper-70s. Those midday temperatures will hover around 80° under clear skies for Halloween. Friday begins with sunshine and ends with a few clouds as highs peak in the upper-70s/lower-80s. A potent frontal boundary will move through the Southwest this weekend reinforcing those cooler-than-normal temperatures while triggering precipitation over the Southland. As of today, the best shot of seeing on-and-off showers over the Coachella Valley will occur between late-Saturday into Sunday.
