The Coachella Valley will see lots of sunshine this afternoon with dry air and slightly below-normal high temperatures close to 80°. Pretty much the same for Friday. We will be tracking a cold front as in moves through the Southwest this weekend. As far as precipitation with this boundary, any rain will be widely scattered with low accumulations. The best shot of a few small, occasional light showers will occur between late-Saturday into early-Sunday.
