Navigator, the newest restaurant at the Palm Springs Surf Club, is making waves with its global surf-inspired menu. The restaurant, which opens to the public on Friday, offers a stylish indoor dining area, a vibrant bar, and an outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the club’s surf pool and the San Jacinto Mountains. Executive Chef shared that the menu is inspired by famous surf regions like North Africa, Portugal, Indonesia, Hawaii, and California. A preview event showcased food paired with craft cocktails.
