Rancho Mirage Offers Free Shredding and E-Waste Services to Promote Sustainability

In Rancho Mirage, the Office of Sustainability is making it easier for residents to protect their privacy and the environment by offering free shredding and e-waste disposal services. At these events, residents can drive up, drop off documents and electronics, and even receive free compost. The program, which partners with Desert Ark, a nonprofit that supports adults with disabilities, aims to reduce waste and help the community safeguard personal information.
