Firebirds return home Wednesday for Hockey Fights Cancer Night

The Firebirds return to Acrisure Arena tonight for Hockey Fights Cancer Night against the Colorado Eagles. Coachella Valley returns home on a five-game winning streak following back-to-back wins in Abbotsford last week. With better play of late, the Firebirds have jumped to third place in the Pacific Division. In that span, they are 7-3 over their last ten. The Captain, Max McCormick, is back in the Firebirds' lineup following a brief stint on the injured list. McCormick had two goals in his return to the lineup last weekend north of the border.
