Cal Golden Bears take third place with win over Arizona 74-62

Wednesday morning at Acrisure Arena featured the first third place game of the day on the women's side of the 2024 Acrisure Series tournament. The California Golden Bears and the Arizona Wildcats hit the hardwood to tip off day two of play. It was all Arizona early, but the Golden Bears battled back in the second quarter, outscoring the Wildcats 20-10 in the period. Cal took a 37-31 lead into the half. Cal's Ugonne Onyiah led all scorers with 25 points and 13 rebounds.
