Firefighters Continue To Battle The Franklin Wildfire That's Burning In Malibu. As Of This Morning, The Blaze Had Burned 2,200 Acres And Had Zero Containment. Several Homes And Structures Appear To Be Threatened At This Time But Fire Officials Have Not Provided An Exact Number. The Fire, Which Sparked On Monday, Triggered Mandatory Evacuation Orders, And Prompted Pepperdine University To Issue A Shelter-In-Place Order For Its Students. The University Said This Morning That Power Also Remains Out Across Much Of Campus.
