Manny the Movie Guy and Chloe Carlson Preview Excitement Ahead of Star-Studded Night
As the stars shine brightly on the red carpet, Chloe Carlson and Manny the Movie Guy are capturing all the excitement and glamour of a night that celebrates the magic of film. Broadcasting live from the event, Chloe checks in with Manny, who's soaking in the atmosphere as Hollywood’s finest strut their stuff on the carpet.
"I am loving it," says Manny, who’s already had the chance to chat with filmmakers. "I’m such a movie nerd, so talking to directors about their creative process really excites me. Just earlier, I spoke with Greg Kuer from Sing Sing, and I loved that film. It’s a nerd’s dream come true!"
With so many stars walking by, Chloe asks Manny if there’s anyone in particular he’s looking forward to meeting. "Honestly, I’m excited to see Kieran Culkin for Real Pain, and I’m looking forward to catching up with Carla Sophia Gascon from Emilia Perez," he shares. "She’s amazing, and I interviewed her a couple of months ago. It’ll be great to congratulate her in person."
As the excitement grows, they discuss the incredible roster of talent gracing the event. From Ariana Grande to Timothée Chalamet, Adrian Brody, and Angelina Jolie, it’s clear that tonight is going to be one for the books.
But it's not just the stars that are catching Manny’s attention – it’s the films. "My favorite film of the year is The Brutalist," he says enthusiastically. "I think it has a real shot at winning Best Picture at the Oscars. If not, Conclave could take home the gold too."
Curious about the premise of Conclave, Chloe presses Manny for more details. "It’s about the election of a new Pope, and trust me, it’s way more thrilling than it sounds. There’s so much drama behind the scenes. Ray Fiennes is fantastic in it, and honestly, he might just win Best Actor for this role. He absolutely deserves it."
Beyond the films and actors being honored, tonight also features a number of celebrities who will be presenting awards. "We’ve got some big names here," says Manny. "Demi Moore is here for The Substance, and Jennifer Coolidge will be presenting to Ariana Grande. We also saw Isabella Rossellini earlier, and she’s going to honor Mikey Madison for Anora."
The night promises to be packed with memorable moments, and Chloe and Manny are front and center to catch it all. From the heartfelt speeches to the jaw-dropping fashion, it’s a red carpet event that fans won’t want to miss.
Stay tuned for more updates from the red carpet as we bring you closer to the stars and films that will shape the future of Hollywood.
