Suspect In Fatal Thanksgiving Day Crash Due In Court

A former Palm Springs Police Department employee is expected in court today to be charged with murder and vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. 25 year-old Juliana Granados was arrested earlier this week after investigators determined she was under the influences of drugs and alcohol when she hit community service officer Nicholas Greigo on his motorcycle while he was driving home after his shift on Thanksgiving Day. Greigo was 31 years old and pronounced dead at the scene. In a statement.... Police Chief Andy Mills said quote "I am deeply disappointed by the actions that led to the heartbreaking loss of one of our staff members." Granados remains booked on one million dollars bail.
