New Trading Card Hobby Store Opens in Cathedral City

A new tabletop game store opened its doors in Cathedral City.

"Big Deck Energy" sells products and runs tournaments for trading card games such as Pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Disney's Lorcana, and more.

The LGBTQ+ locally owned business opened up at the start of 2025 and is run by a group of friends contributing to the store's inventory from their own collections.

The store is open Wednesday through Sunday and is located at 67555 East Palm Canyon Drive, Suite F101 in Cathedral City.
