Support Wildfire Relief: Donate at College of the Desert or Save on Gas at Circle K Today
Tomorrow, College of the Desert will be hosting a donation campaign to assist those affected by the recent LA fires. The event will take place at the Palm Desert campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the community is invited to participate by donating essential items. These include water, masks, blankets, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, diapers, and supplies for children. Every donation, no matter how small, will help provide critical support for the wildfire victims during this difficult time.
Additionally, Circle K in Indio is stepping up to assist wildfire recovery with a special Fuel Day event today. Drivers can receive 40 cents off per gallon of gas at the Circle K located at Avenue 42 in Indio. This offer is available until 7 p.m. tonight. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the American Red Cross, which has been providing vital relief to affected communities. If you're in the area, you have about 55 minutes left to take advantage of this generous offer and help support those in need.
Both of these events are great ways for the local community to pitch in and make a difference during this challenging time. Whether you're donating essential items at College of the Desert or filling up your tank to support the Red Cross at Circle K, your efforts will go a long way in providing relief to those affected by the devastating fires.
