2025 Southwest Arts Festival Kicks Off in Indio with New Features

The 2025 Southwest Arts Festival has officially kicked off in Indio, bringing together artists from around the world to showcase their work. This annual event, which has been running for over 30 years, is being held at the Empire Polo Fields. The festival spans four days and features a diverse collection of artwork, including sculptures, photography, digital art, and paintings.

With over 200 artists participating, attendees have the opportunity to explore a wide range of art forms and engage with the creators themselves. This year, the festival has made several upgrades, such as more walking space, new food options, and an expanded layout, providing visitors with an even more enjoyable experience. One of the returning artists, Dan Lachose from Washington, shared his passion for showcasing his handmade blown glass art, noting the unique colors and intricate designs that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

For those planning to attend, tickets are available online for $25 or $22 for seniors, offering a slight discount compared to purchasing at the gate. You can also buy tickets digitally through your phone for added convenience.

The Southwest Arts Festival continues to be a must-visit event for art lovers and offers a vibrant celebration of creativity in the heart of the Coachella Valley.
