Half-Brothers Involved In Cathedral City Tragedy

New information has surfaced regarding the tragic incident in Cathedral City on January 20th. Authorities confirm that 19-year-old Angel Torres was fatally shot by his half-brother, Adrian Silva Vizcaino, inside a home on Nilda Drive. A 19-year-old female victim was also shot but survived and is recovering after medical treatment. Shortly after the shooting, Vizcaino committed an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven before taking his own life later that morning in San Bernardino County. The investigation is ongoing, and police are seeking any additional information.
