Dodgers Give Back: Shohei Ohtani and Teammates Support L.A. Firefighters

The Los Angeles Dodgers are stepping up to support the city’s firefighters. Shohei Ohtani, along with several teammates, visited Fire Station 69 in Pacific Palisades to personally thank the crew for their hard work and dedication.

During their visit, the World Series champions presented a check to the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, helping fund critical resources for first responders. The donation will aid in providing equipment, training, and support for firefighters across the city.

“This is just one way we can express our gratitude,” said a Dodgers representative. “Our firefighters risk their lives daily to keep us safe, and we want to show our appreciation.”

The LAFD Foundation supports the department by funding essential equipment and programs not covered by the city budget. The Dodgers’ donation will help ensure firefighters have the tools they need to protect the community.

As the Dodgers continue celebrating their championship win, they’re also making an impact off the field, reinforcing their commitment to giving back to the city they proudly represent.
