Crews are grinding the old pavement, laying new blacktop, and upgrading bus pads. With heavy equipment and road crews working daily, drivers should use extreme caution and check CVSync’s social media for the latest updates. Key road closures to watch include Gene Autry, Vista Chino, and Indian Canyon, with signal timing adjustments possible on Ramon Road and Highway 111.

In Palm Desert, a landscaping project on southbound Highway 111 between Frank Sinatra and Country Club will continue for about two more months. Officials recommend Portola or El Dorado as alternate routes.
