Tiger Woods to Make PGA Tour Return at Genesis Invitational

Tiger Woods will make his highly anticipated return to the PGA Tour next week at the Genesis Invitational in San Diego, marking his first event in seven months. The 15-time major champion last competed in July at The Open, where he missed the cut, before undergoing back surgery in September. Woods' latest procedure adds to a series of injuries that have plagued his illustrious career, leading to extended absences from tour events.

Though he has not competed in a PGA Tour event since last year, Woods has kept busy in the golf world, co-founding the Tomorrow's Golf League with fellow golfer Rory Mcllroy. The league features a stadium-based, technology-driven format, offering a fresh take on the game.

Woods' return to the Genesis Invitational, set to tee off on February 13th, has golf fans excited to see the iconic golfer back in action. Woods’ continued involvement in the sport, both through traditional events and innovative ventures, shows his commitment to the game even as he navigates the challenges of his health.
