Riverside County Relocates 100+ Families from Oasis Mobile Home Park to Safer Housing

Riverside County has successfully relocated more than 100 families from Oasis Mobile Home Park to safer living conditions as part of an ongoing effort to improve housing in the region. The latest move involved 12 families who were relocated to the newly built Maria E. Jose Mobile Home Park, which offers essential utilities such as clean water, a critical addition to the park’s infrastructure.

This relocation initiative is supported by a $30 million state grant that county officials are using to assist mobile home park owners in improving housing and infrastructure throughout the area. So far, the relocation process has been successful, with 72 families moved to Mountain View Estates, while 18 others have been able to purchase homes in the region.

With this effort, Riverside County continues its commitment to providing safer and more sustainable housing options for families in need, ensuring better living conditions and access to vital services like clean water.
