Zachary Levi and Jacob Laval Talk to Manny the Movie Guy About “The Unbreakable Boy”

Zachary Levi and Jacob Laval make a perfect fair as father and son in Jon Gunn’s “The Unbreakable Boy.”  Based on the book The Unbreakable Boy: A Father’s Fear, a Son’s Courage, and a Story of Unconditional Love by Scott Michael LeRette and Susy Flory based on a true story.

Levi stars as LeRette, the father to Laval’s Austin, a boy on the autism spectrum with brittle bone disease. 

I spent some time with Levi and Laval to talk about their characters, the family dynamics, and the themes of the film.
