TWINNING! A Second Bald Eagle Egg Has Hatched

Jackie and Shadow's second egg in Big Bear Valley has hatched.

Although they're a little camera shy, Jackie and Shadow's newborn chicks finally revealed themselves Tuesday morning at around 8 a.m. on the Friends of Big Bear Valley cam.

They both showed signs of pips earlier Sunday, which is the first step in what is a multi-day process according to the Friends of Big Bear Valley.

No new updates regarding the third egg, however.
