VillageFest Celebrates 33 Years with Live Music and Sweet Treats

This Thursday, Palm Springs’ VillageFest celebrates its 33rd anniversary, bringing an extra dose of fun to the weekly street festival in downtown Palm Springs.

To mark the milestone, attendees can enjoy complimentary cupcakes and a free concert by Twisted Gypsy, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band, at the corner of Palm Canyon Drive and Tachevah Canyon Way. The anniversary celebration adds to the festival’s already lively atmosphere, featuring local artists, food vendors, and unique shopping experiences.

VillageFest has been a staple in Palm Springs since its inception, attracting both locals and visitors every Thursday night. The event transforms Palm Canyon Drive into a pedestrian-friendly hub filled with entertainment, handcrafted goods, and an array of food offerings.

The festival runs weekly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. during peak season and slightly earlier in the summer. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, this week’s 33rd anniversary celebration is the perfect reason to check it out.
