Palm Springs City Council to Vote on Navigation Center and Coachella Merch Deal at Airport
The Palm Springs City Council will hold a special meeting this Thursday, March 27 at 5:30 p.m.—one of the few sessions this year that will not take place on a Wednesday.
The agenda includes several significant items for the city:
Service agreements for the Palm Springs Navigation Center, which provides vital resources and shelter for the local unhoused population.
Updates and agreements related to the ongoing Plaza Theater Restoration Project, a key cultural and historical landmark in the city.
A proposed operating and lease agreement with Goldenvoice, which would allow the company to sell official Coachella merchandise inside the Palm Springs International Airport terminal.
Residents interested in attending or speaking during public comment can join the meeting in person at Palm Springs City Hall. The session starts at 5:30 p.m.
NBC Palm Springs will bring you updates on all key decisions following the meeting.
