Coachella to Host 'Ag Vision' Program Focused on the Future of Farming
Coachella city officials will host a new agriculture program tomorrow morning at the Coachella Library. The free event, called Ag Vision, runs from 7 to 11:30 a.m. at the library on Sixth Street.
Produced in partnership with the nonprofit Growing Coachella Valley, the program replaces the former Coachella Valley Ag Summit and will focus on innovation, sustainability, and the future of farming.
The event includes a panel discussion featuring local farm leaders and law enforcement, moderated by George Tudor of Tudor Ranches in Mecca.
For those unable to attend in person, the program will also be livestreamed on the City of Coachella’s YouTube channel.
