According to Chef Ziga, the decision to expand the menu came after listening to customer feedback and market research, which revealed that beef is the third most popular main dish served during the holidays. The company spent two years perfecting the recipe to ensure it met their high standards. The result is a perfectly marbled, expertly seasoned roast that comes pre-cooked to rare and vacuum-sealed to lock in the juices. The "heat-and-serve" model is designed to make the host look like a hero; customers simply bake it in the oven to their desired temperature.
Beyond the main course, Ziga emphasized that Honey Baked is a "one-stop shop" for the entire meal, offering a wide array of prepared sides, sauces, and desserts. Highlights from this year's side dish lineup include:
