Adopt the Arts Sound and Vision Awards Raise Over $350K for Music Education

A sold-out crowd filled the historic Plaza Theatre this week for the Adopt the Arts Sound and Vision Awards, raising more than $350,000 to support music programs in public elementary schools.

The event honored rock legends Paul Rodgers and Geezer Butler for their influence on rock music and their support of young artists.

Hosted by Matt Sorum, the drummer known for his work with Guns N' Roses, the evening featured an all-star lineup of performances. Artists including Corey Taylor, Lzzy Hale, and Glenn Hughes took the stage to celebrate music education.

The night also included a surprise video message from legendary Ringo Starr, adding to the excitement of the fundraising event.
