Agua Caliente’s “Lucky Cantina” Brings St. Patrick’s Day Fun Today

St. Patrick’s Day celebrations are in full swing across the Coachella Valley as Agua Caliente Casinos hosts its monthlong “Lucky Cantina” pop-up in Cathedral City.

The festive experience is centered at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City, where guests can enjoy themed food, specialty drinks, and lively entertainment throughout March.

Today, the celebration includes Irish dancers, a Leprechaun DJ starting at 5 p.m., and a Jameson whiskey tasting. Guests can also explore a specialty menu featuring items like corned beef tacos, festive pancakes topped with Lucky Charms, and signature drinks like the “Clover Cooler” mocktail.

The festivities extend beyond Cathedral City to the casino’s other locations in Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs, where additional entertainment, décor, and promotions are planned — including slot tournaments and “hot seat” giveaways with chances to win prizes.

Throughout the month, visitors can also enjoy themed nights like Taco Tuesday, plus live entertainment and special events, including a Green Day tribute concert dubbed “Green Today.”

Organizers say the goal is to create a fun, immersive way for the community to celebrate with music, food, and festive energy all month long.
