Book Sales Support Palm Springs Library Programs
Book lovers in the desert will soon have a chance to find great deals while giving back to the community.
The Friends of the Palm Springs Library is hosting two upcoming sales featuring gently used books, CDs, DVDs, and more — all to support local library programs.
The first sale will take place Sunday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the Palm Springs Book Festival. A booth will be set up outside the festival theaters as part of the event’s free community day.
A second sale is scheduled for April 4 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, where shoppers can browse a wide selection of fiction, nonfiction, art books, and cookbooks at discounted prices.
Organizers say proceeds from both events will go directly toward supporting the Palm Springs Public Library, helping fund programs, services, and community events throughout the year.
It’s a chance for residents to stock up on reading material while supporting a resource that serves the entire community.
