Kevin is an award-winning screenwriter and former bankruptcy paralegal who brings his creative expertise to news production as the producer of The Roggin Report at KMIR.
Background
Kevin comes to the newsroom from College of the Desert where he was a later-in-life film and radio program student. He is an Award Winning screenwriter and enjoys making short films. He was nominated for 2024 intercollegiate broadcasting award where he finished as a top 5 finalist. He received a degree in paralegal studies and is a former bankruptcy paralegal. He transitioned to news producer and hasn't looked back. He currently produces The Roggin Report.

Experience
Kevin is new to television producing. Having been a bankruptcy paralegal he was hired at the College of the Desert radio station as the student content manager. He came to KMIR in 2023.
