Welcome To The Weekend Workout

Weekend Workout follows the OptimalBody Training Program demonstrating training methods using resistance bands. The training can be done anywhere you want to work out. These segments illustrate how to properly perform each movement for correct form for optimal results.

You should start at Segment #1 and go in the order of the segments to ensure the best results. Whether you stay on a Training Method for 10 – 20 – or 30 cycles is up to you. We have found that 10 cycles is for very advanced members who have been exercising for years; 20 cycles is the most common; and 30 cycles is for beginners or those struggling with limitations.
